Booking and newsletter data may be stored with our service providers, including Supabase for database storage and authentication for the admin panel. WhatsApp messages are processed under Meta’s WhatsApp terms and privacy practices when you use that channel.

We share information only when needed to operate the service (for example hosting, database, or messaging providers), when required by law, or with your consent. Admin access to booking data is limited to authorized CryptoTrix operators.

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide services, handle follow-ups, and meet legal or accounting needs. You can ask us to delete or update your information subject to those requirements.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you
