By using the CryptoTrix website, booking a session, or messaging us for mentorship, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

CryptoTrix provides educational crypto trading mentorship and related guidance. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or licensed financial institution.

All programs, sessions, content, and advice are for education and personal development. Nothing on this site or in a mentorship session is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone decide how to use any information shared with you.

Cryptocurrency trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital. Markets move quickly, past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and CryptoTrix is not responsible for trading losses, gains, or decisions you make after a session.

When you book a plan on our site, you request a mentorship session subject to available times and confirmation. Prices shown are in Ghana Cedis (₵) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and confirmation details will be shared when your booking is accepted.

Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed slot until we confirm it with you.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you may pay a penalty of twenty percent (20%) of the amount you paid for that booking. The remaining eighty percent (80%) may be refunded or applied to a future session at our discretion.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may also lead to forfeiture of a prepaid session or refusal of future bookings.

You agree to communicate respectfully and not misuse WhatsApp, email, or booking channels for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity. We may end a session or refuse service if conduct is abusive or unsafe.

Site content, branding, lesson materials, and session frameworks belong to CryptoTrix or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute mentorship materials without written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CryptoTrix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or mentorship services, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
